HLSQ-650 granite bridge saw machine is a 3-axis linkage, fully automatic stone cutting machine developed by Hualong. The HLSQ-650 can easily achieve precise processing of granite, marble, quartz and artificial stone by programming and controlling the x-axis and y-axis with the equipped Siemens PLC system, reducing errors, maximizing the utilization of slabs, saving raw materials and improving the finished product rate. The HLSQ-650 can cut stone up to 20cm thick, which can meet the processing needs of most stone processing plants. HLSQ-650 can also process stone into triangle, square, polygon, imitation, etc. It is a very popular fully automatic, multi-functional and widely used stone cutting machine around the world.

1. Adopt imported Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rail, so that the X, Y, Z axis movement is smooth, high precision and stable performance.

2. Equipped with Siemens PLC control system, the automatic cutting of slab can be realized by setting the program in advance according to the demand. The operation process is very simple.

3. The accessories adopt famous brands such as Schneider power switch, Siemens PLC, Siemens contactor, Siemens circuit breaker, Schneider intermediate relay, etc.

4. The encoder ensures that the X, Y and Z axes can be accurately positioned and cut precisely.
