Diamond Multi Wire Saw Machine

HLMW series granite cutting multi-wire saw is a cutting-edge technology developed to improve the production efficiency of the granite industry. It saves an average of 3% on raw material cutting costs for cutting granite blocks. The machine uses multiple diamond wires to cut granite blocks. The diamond wire is a cable with a diameter of 6.3-7.2mm, with threaded diamond beads embedded on its surface. The diamond beads act as abrasives and are cooled and cleaned by water jets, while the materials wasted during cutting are also eliminated by water. The multi-wire saw can produce smoother surface finishes for the cut slabs, with the major advantage of low cutting costs. In addition, it provides excellent cutting quality, high precision, smooth cutting, and low noise. It also saves a lot of electricity and water.
Granite is a natural stone that is widely used in building and decoration projects. It has a dense and hard texture, making it challenging to cut. Traditional cutting methods such as circular saws or diamond blades are slow and costly, and require skilled operators. The multi-wire saw solves these problems by using thin diamond wires that can cut through the hardest granite more quickly and efficiently. The wires can be adjusted to different thicknesses, which makes it possible to produce slabs of various sizes as per the customer’s requirements.
The multi-wire saw is a highly automated machine that requires minimal operator intervention. The cutting process is monitored by sensors and controlled by a computer program, providing high accuracy and consistency of cuts. The operator only needs to input the dimensions of the slab to be cut, and the machine does the rest.
The machine's water jet system cools the wires and removes the stone dust generated during the cutting process, reducing the environmental impact and increasing the safety of the operators. By cutting the stone with water, the machine eliminates the need for cutting oils and lubricants, making it a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly option.
In conclusion, the HLMW series multi-wire saw is a new and more efficient technology for cutting granite. It saves money, time, and energy, while producing high-quality slabs that meet the customer's expectations. The machine is easy to use, reliable, and safe, making it an excellent investment for any granite processing facility.
