In order to reduce the wear of diamond, the quarry diamond wire saw machine is equipped with two large flywheels (diameter: 1600mm). One side of the flywheel is equipped with a hydraulic tensioner, which controls the tensioning or guidance of the wire rope while estimating and maintaining the wire rope pressure. The other driving wheel is equipped with a main motor, and the motor is equipped with a frequency converter, which can control the speed of the wire rope between 0-40m/s. This machine can be used for various types of stone.
