HLCNC-3319 is a gantry-type stone machining center with complete 3-axis linkage, which can automatically change tools according to the machining sequence from rough to fine. The Z-axis travel is 320 mm, making it suitable for shaping stone edges and polishing. HLCNC-3319 is equipped with Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rails and sliders to ensure the absolute precision of machine movement, and it is driven by Italian ESA brushless motors.

Hualong engineers designed HLCNC-3319 into an integrated structure from the perspective of cost saving. The one-piece structure has many advantages: for example, it can be shipped in a 20-foot container, which can save sea freight. Another example is that the customer can use the machine directly after receiving it, without dismantling and reinstalling, which virtually saves a lot of time and money for installing and debugging the machine.
