For customers who need to handle thicker slabs or more complex shapes, this model usually works well in practice. With 5-axis movement, it can follow curves, angles, and different cutting paths in one setup, which is helpful when the job is not just straight cutting. It can process material up to 280 mm thick, and the 26.4 kW motor provides enough power to keep cutting smoothly even on harder stone.
From what we see in daily use, machine stability directly affects the final result. This model uses an HT300 cast-iron gantry together with a reinforced steel structure, bringing the total weight to about 7,200 kg. After heat treatment, the structure stays stable over time, which helps maintain accuracy during long working hours.
For operation, most customers find the system quite easy to get used to. The ESA control with Pegasus software is already widely used, and the 21.5-inch touchscreen makes setup and adjustments more straightforward on-site.
In terms of components, we selected parts that are commonly used and easy to source, such as HIWIN guides, Sanjing inverters, and Siemens electrical parts. This makes maintenance more convenient, especially for customers who prefer standard, proven configurations.

Control system
It comes with an Italian ESA system and Pegasus software, so designing is quite straightforward. The 21.5-inch touchscreen is easy to use, and the ESA motors keep everything running smoothly and accurately.
Digital Camera
The built-in camera takes a high-resolution photo of the whole slab automatically, so you can use the material more efficiently and avoid waste.

Dual vacuum suction cups provide a stable and efficient lifting capacity for materials weighing up to 200 kg.
Extra Electric spindle
With a speed range of 0–24,000 RPM, it ensures efficient and smooth cutting performance. Tool changing is handled manually.

Slab Thickness Probe (optional)
A thickness probe checks the slab thickness automatically, so you always get the real measurement.
Blade Presetting Unit (optional)
An automatic tool presetter measures both blade diameter and thickness for accurate setup.
Rubber worktable (optional)
For more delicate materials, a rubber worktable is a good option. It keeps the slab stable and helps prevent scratches or damage during cutting.
