Daily maintenance and operation procedures for angle grinder

Angular polishing machines are increasingly being used by operators as tools for cutting various materials. In many applications, this tool is often thrown aside after use, and dust and debris are greasy all over the body. Electric tools also require certain maintenance and upkeep in order to eliminate hidden dangers, ensure safer use by operators, and prolong tool life.
The maintenance and upkeep of the angle grinder requires the following: firstly, it is necessary to regularly check the connection of the power cord to see if it is secure, and check whether the switch is flexible and reliable in use. Secondly, brushes with excessive wear and tear should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent sparks caused by poor contact from burning the armature. Thirdly, check the air inlet and outlet of the tool at any time, and promptly clean if any blockage is found. Fourthly, regularly lubricate the tools. If any tool malfunctions are found, they should be promptly sent to a professional repair point for repair. Fifthly, regularly check the markings of the angle grinder, and immediately stop using tools that are unmarked or damaged. Sixth, use visual inspection to inspect the tool and observe for any damage. Alternatively, you can use a rough wood to strike it. If you hear a clear sound, it indicates that the product is not faulty. If there are abnormal sounds, attention should be paid. Seventh, check the rotation strength of the angle grinder. Please note that for the personal safety of the operator, an angle grinder that has not been inspected cannot be used.
Angular polishing machine operation program:
1) Before use, it is necessary to carefully inspect and determine whether the tool meets the conditions for use, and it is prohibited to work with the tool in case of illness.
2) The use environment is dry, with sufficient light, and should not be used in flammable and explosive places.
3) Use tools correctly and use special tools for disassembly and replacement when replacing grinding discs.
4) Operators should keep fully dressed and wear rubber gloves and anti slip boots when working outdoors.
5) The processed workpiece should be well fixed.
6) If the tool is found to be overheated during continuous use (the casing temperature exceeds 70 degrees), it should be suspended from use, and lubricating oil should be added. Only after checking and confirming that there are no faults can it continue to be used.
7) Regularly inspect the grounding wire and replace it immediately if there is any damage.
8) When using extension wires, it is necessary to use a dedicated mobile power supply with a leakage protector and conduct manual testing.
9) When maintaining tools or replacing grinding discs, the power should be disconnected.
10) Maintain high attention during operation and prohibit the use of tools when fatigued.
